Fri 12 May: Tanya Hyde

Drag queen, futurologist and cutting edge cultural commentator, Tanya Hyde, will present a searing indictment of the dark empty void that lies at the rotting heart of post-Trumpian, pre-Brexit consumer capitalism through the medium of interpretative dance. Or maybe she’ll just fling herself around a bit in a sparkly frock. Anyway, she’ll be looking fabulous and that’s all that really matters.

Fri 19 May: Vicky Butterfly

Part Burlesque starlet, part innovative performance artiste, part music hall Vaudevillian, and all dreamer … whether it’s clouds of butterflies that fly out from her clothes as she hovers en Pointe, a Kinetic glittering crescent moon or a Lynchian slant on Weimar era erotic dance, Vicky Butterfly’s beautifully choreographed routines take in everything from the ethereal and the breath-taking to the macabre and the erotic: with inspirations including Anita Berber, Loie Fuller, the Marchesa Luisa Casati and Maya Deren, her poetic and retro-futuristic performances evoke influences from the Pre-Raphaelites and French literature to Surrealism and more…

Fri 26 May: Dream Spin Hoop

Clare Foxx Love presents a vintage themed performance with her cercle de lumiere. A memerising movement of lights for your entertainment.
