Getting to the Festival

By rail

It’s less than one hour to Brighton from London Victoria or London Bridge. There are lots of coastal connections too. Visit 

Brighton Dome, the hub of Brighton Festival, is a 10-minute walk from Brighton station.

By bus

Bus travel around Brighton & Hove is fast and frequent. Visit for timetable information. For details of bus routes that serve each of our Festival venues click here.

By air

Brighton is 30 minutes from London Gatwick by train or car. We are most thankful for London Gatwick’s support of Brighton Dome & Brighton Festival.

By road

Brighton is approximately 60 miles from London via the A23/M23 and is well connected regionally by the A27 and A24.

The NCP car park on Church Street is just £6 from 5pm – 3am (with an extra 30% discount for Brighton Dome & Brighton Festival Members)..

Special £6 NCP follow-on car park tickets are also available at all Brighton Dome and Theatre Royal Brighton matinee performances. Brighton Dome & Festival Members can save 30% on standard parking charges at anytime when coming to events - simply collect a follow-on car park ticket at the venue after the performance. (This does not apply to parking that is pre-booked online)

You also can take advantage of a special £5.50 evening rate at the RCP North Road on North Road for parking from 5pm – midnight. RCP North Road Car Park is a 4 minute walk from Brighton Dome.

Please note that blue badge parking spaces on New Road are limited to three hours, the Church Street bays have no time limit.
