In Conversation: Marwa Al-Sabouni and Mohamad Hafez

A few years ago, Marwa Al-Sabouni came across Mohamad Hafez’s work and was struck by its delicacy and sensitivity. Working as co-guest director with Brighton Festival 2022, Mohamad was one of the first artists that Marwa proposed and is delighted that he accepted the invitation.

Together for the first time through this event, Marwa Al-Sabouni and exhibiting artist Mohamad Hafez explore the themes that are central to their lives and work: architecture, home, beauty, and hope in the face of loss.
