Brighton’s Stories with Lemn Sissay, MBE
Marking the closing of the Arrivals + Departures boards with readings from Brighton Festival's Guest Director
Lemn Sissay MBE has been filmed reading a selection of stories submitted during this art installation in Pavilion Gardens, Brighton, between Friday 30 April and Sat 8 May 2021.
1,120 names were submitted to the boards - 674 arrivals and 446 departures.
310 stories were written on the website - 122 arrivals and 188 departures.

Brighton’s Stories was filmed on location at Hove Library, Brighton, Sunday 9 May 2021 and is available to watch here below until Monday 31 May 2021.
