La Pointe Courte

11 Feb 2015

Widely regarded as the first film of the French New Wave, this is a graceful study of a couple’s changing relationship as they visit the small Mediterranean fishing village of La Pointe Courte to decide whether to stay together or break up. Edited by renowned director Alain Resnais, this is a beautiful and remarkable debut.
