Brighton Youth Orchestra

Featuring works by Sibelius and Berlioz, as well as music from Greek Dances, traditional Zimbabwean songs and prolific film composer John Williams, BYO will be joined by players from its Junior Orchestra (BHJYO) and Youth Philharmonia (BHYP).

Also included are Brahms’ Double Concerto with soloists: Charles Mutter, Violin (Leader of BBC Concert Orchestra) and Sam Sherwood, Cello (former member of BYO); and the less frequently performed Symphonic Poem, Penillion, by Grace Williams.
