The best-selling author talks about his work, explores the nature of creativity and shows that the power of the imagination is accessible to us all. David’s novels include Skellig, My Name is Mina and The Boy Who Swam with Piranhas. He also writes short stories, picture books, plays and an opera libretto. His work is published in over thirty languages and he has won a string of major awards. In 2010 he gained The Hans Christian Andersen Award, the world’s most prestigious prize for children’s authors.
