This Romanian pianist has performed at the Konzerthaus and Musikverein in Vienna, and at Carnegie Hall, New York. Her debut recording, of Prokofiev’s Piano Sonatas Nos. 1–5, was acclaimed by critics for ‘musical grace and fluency’ (Gramophone), and she was singled out by International Piano Magazine for her ‘rather special talent’.
