Real Life Actually

11 Feb 2016

Conceived by British director Thomas Guthrie, the film and surround-sound installation Real Life Actually make up the final part of the Death Actually project which began in 2014. The project, which features world-class musicians alongside members of three different communities, draws attention to rising funeral costs and inspires us to acknowledge death so that we can live our lives to the full. In the case of the installation, this is achieved through a stunning performance of J S Bach’s motet Komm Jesu Komm.

Talk from director Thomas Guthrie on Tue 17 May, 12pm – 1pm, St Nicholas' Church
