Mozart Divertimento in E-flat K563
Schubert Trio in B-flat D471

Three gifted young instrumentalists come together to form a new trio that takes its name from the great 18th century violist Anton Teyber. Teyber performed alongside Mozart in the world premiere of the Divertimento in E-flat, in 1789. Noble and warmhearted, it was the first substantial work for string trio. Schubert’s Trio is just a fragment of a projected longer work, but its bijou perfection has made it a beloved cornerstone of the chamber music repertoire.
