Ivo Neame is an internationally renowned pianist, composer and bandleader who has established himself as one of the most innovative figures in contemporary European jazz. With his music characterised by a stunning mix of virtuosity, sophistication and playfulness, and his performances known for their dynamic energy and emotional depth, Ivo Neame has received multiple awards.
In this special Brighton Festival edition of Brighton Dome's Jazz Connections series, he is teaming up with long-time collaborators Tom Farmer (bass) and James Maddren (drums), as the Ivo Neame Trio for an evening of inventive compositions, rich harmonies and brilliant improvising.
